Maggie Carbonell

Maggie Carbonell has extensive experience in marketing and communications. Maggie currently holds the role of VP of Marketing at OneSpaWorld since 2023. Prior to this, they served as the VP of Marketing at Scenic - Luxury Cruises & Tours from 2021 to 2023. Maggie has also worked at Royal Caribbean Group for a significant part of their career, holding various roles such as Director of Product Development Private Destinations, Director of Ecommerce and Integrated Marketing, Director of Integrated Marketing and Demand Generation, and Director of Brand Marketing and Media. Maggie also served as a Manager in Consumer Marketing and Collateral, and Trade Marketing and Print Advertising. Before joining Royal Caribbean Group, Maggie worked at Walt Disney World as a Marketing Communications Manager and Marketing Coordinator for Consumer Marketing.

Maggie Carbonell completed an Executive Leadership Program Certificate at the University of Miami in 2012. Maggie then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a major in Marketing at Florida International University.
