Mike Thompson

Mike Thompson is a skilled software engineer with diverse experience in the aerospace and medical sectors. Currently, at SITE Technologies since July 2024, Mike contributes as a Software Engineer while also holding a dual role of UI/UX Design Engineer and Full Stack Software Engineer at OneStaff Medical since January 2023. Prior experience includes serving as an R&D Engineer at Redwire Space from May 2021 to December 2022, where Mike was involved in developing next-generation space technologies through full-stack web applications for NASA and the Department of Defense, and previously at Made In Space, Inc. from May 2019 to May 2021 focusing on autonomous manufacturing capabilities. Mike's foundational work includes a Research Assistant position at the University of Nebraska at Omaha in the Department of Biomechanics from September 2016 to May 2018.
