Operations Lead at OneStone

Shelby Jordan is currently the Operations Lead at OneStone. Prior to that, they worked as a Data Analyst 1 at Walmart eCommerce from September 2019 to July 2020. There, they analyzed areas of opportunity to retain the customer experience and provided assistance to Salt Lake City counterpart for the Owned and DSV Preorder Program. As Team Lead, they worked as a point of contact for a team of around 20 agents in the Order Operations department of Jet.com. Shelby assisted in training and task rollouts provided by Analysts in Bentonville, AR and Hoboken, NJ.

Shelby Jordan is a student at Salt Lake Community College studying general studies.

They are on a team with Nick Taulbee - Director of Operations, Namita Balani - Senior Operations Analyst, and Merrisa Purnomo - Director of Operations. Their manager is Patrick Grace, VP of Client Management & Operations.
