Tamara Kammerer Msa

Tamara Kammerer MSA is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in various HR leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Global People Operations Compliance + Technology at OneStream Software since April 2021, Tamara also owns and operates Horizon West Enterprises LLC, a human resource consulting firm, since December 2015. Previous positions include Corporate Head of Human Resources at Vetta Brands and Sr. Human Resource Process Manager at Thyssenkrupp Materials NA Inc., where Tamara oversaw HRIS, payroll, training, and compliance across multiple companies and unions. Additional roles have included Human Resources Manager at Shiloh Industries, Director of Human Resources at Huffmaster, and Human Resources Manager at LDM Technologies.
