Jessica Chiodo

Jessica Chiodo has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2015, they worked as a Research Intern at Deakin University, conducting qualitative research and literature reviews on topics related to e-learning in higher education. Jessica also interviewed staff members and analyzed data.

In 2016, they joined PEOPLE the research partner as a Qualitative Researcher, participating in international research projects and analyzing focus groups and interviews.

From 2017 to 2018, Jessica worked as a Research Assistant at KNOWHY Research Innovation, where they formulated and implemented training programs on effective communication, leadership, and team building. Jessica also conducted research on customer experience, brand experience, and user experience.

During the same period, they also served as a Sales and Marketing Manager at LATICRETE Marine, where they built and maintained customer relationships and analyzed market trends.

In 2019, they became an HR Consultant at ALI SpA, selling staffing and consulting services and performing full-cycle recruiting processes.

Most recently, they joined Onetag in 2023 as an HR Manager.
