Dan Berzansky is the Chief Executive Officer of OneTeam360, a SaaS company that improves employee engagement and management for the part-time hourly workforce. Dan is also the Forum Chair for the Entrepreneurs' Organization in Orange County, California. Prior to these roles, Dan was the owner of Premier Health and Safety LLC, the managing partner of Premier Swim Academy, and the owner of Premier Aquatic Services LLC. Dan also served on the board of directors for Stop Drowning Now. Earlier in their career, Dan held various program management roles at the Jewish Community Center and Blueray Management, LLC. Dan also served as the JCC Maccabi Games Director at JCCA.
Dan Berzansky has a diverse educational background. Dan earned an MBA in Marketing from Pepperdine University's Graziadio Business School, graduating in 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Stony Brook University in 2003. Dan started their undergraduate studies at Stony Brook University in 2000 and completed them in 2004. Dan Berzansky's high school education was completed at University High School. In addition to their academic achievements, they obtained certification as an American Red Cross Lifeguard Instructor Trainer in December 2014, from the American Red Cross.
