Jada H. Smith

Jada H. Smith is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in nonprofit management and operational strategy. Currently serving as the Managing Director at OneTen since March 2022, Jada focuses on connecting employers with diverse talent partners to help close the racial wealth gap in the United States. Previously, Jada held the position of Chief of Staff at the Florida Rights Restoration Coalition, overseeing internal operations and strategic planning. As Chief Operating Officer at The Experience Christian Center, Jada directed community programs and operational objectives. Additionally, Jada served as Chief Executive Officer for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Florida, driving organizational strategy and community engagement. Jada's earlier experience includes a tenure as Chief Operating Officer at the American Red Cross Mid-Florida Region and Human Resources Manager at the Orange County Supervisor of Elections. Jada holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from Upper Iowa University and has attended Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.
