Chris Reed

Chris Reed is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the contact center industry. As the Executive Vice President and Co-Founder of OneTouch Direct since 1999, Chris has played a pivotal role in growing the company, which specializes in contact center services across the US, Canada, and Mexico, boasting approximately 2000 employees across eight locations. Previous roles include Sr. Director of Call Center Outsourcing at TRANZACT and Paradigm Direct, and Vice President of Call Center Operations at NCO Teleservices. Chris also served as a Chemical Engineer in the US Army from 1990 to 1999. Chris Reed holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University at Buffalo.
