Joshua Lafleur

Joshua LaFleur has extensive experience in operations and team management across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Operations Manager and Team Supervisor at OneTouch Direct since March 2023, Joshua previously held the position of Quality Assurance Manager at LegalShield from June 2020 to February 2023, overseeing a team dedicated to enhancing caller experience and compliance. Prior to that, Joshua spent nearly a decade at iQor in various roles, including Production Supervisor and Direct Business Sales Supervisor, focusing on customer service and solutions for T-Mobile accounts. Joshua began a career in management as Head Technician and Manager at Pronto Windshield Service from April 1995 to October 2010, where responsibilities included client management and technical oversight. Joshua completed education at Ada High School between 1997 and 1999.
