Lance Patton

Lance Patton is an experienced professional in customer success and technical account management, currently serving as Manager of Customer Success Architects at OneTrust since September 2019. In this role, Lance oversees client relationships and ensures effective software implementations for enterprise clients. Prior experience at Yardi Systems included roles such as Lead Technical Analyst and Technical Analyst, where Lance played a pivotal role in enterprise implementations and evaluated business processes for enhancements. Earlier career experience includes operations management at Coast-line Distributor’s International, where Lance managed a distribution center and a sales territory in the aerospace industry.
