Nimrah Usmani

Nimrah Usmani is a seasoned professional in customer success and risk management, currently serving as Principal Customer Success Architect at OneTrust since May 2020, following roles as Senior Customer Success Architect and Technical Account Manager. Nimrah has also contributed as a Risk Management Subject Matter Expert and Communications Chair for Women@OneTrust ETG. Prior to OneTrust, Nimrah held various positions including Diversity & Culture Club President at Duke University, Product Manager Intern at Mi-Corporation, and Product Consultant at Catalyst Medicine, where important go-to-market strategies were developed. Early career experience includes serving as an Assistant System Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services, where notable enhancements to user experience were achieved, earning recognition through the LIREL Honor. Nimrah holds a Master's degree in Engineering Management from Duke University and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from MVJ College of Engineering, Bangalore.
