Jason Nadaskay,MMFT, aPHR

Jason Nadaskay, MMFT, aPHR has a diverse work experience spanning from 2006 to the present. Jason currently holds the position of Chief People Officer at Valor since July 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as a Teacher/Coach at Maury County Schools from August 2017 to July 2023. Jason also worked as a Teacher/Coach at Rutherford County Schools from August 2016 to July 2017. Before transitioning to the education field, Jason worked as a Teacher/Coach at Crowley High School from August 2013 to July 2016, where they taught multiple subjects and served as a coach for football and track & field. Jason also gained experience as a Management Consultant at IMPACT Management Systems from October 2012 to July 2013, and as an Associate Pastor and Business Administrator at Kingdom Life Fellowship from January 2009 to August 2012. Additionally, they provided management consulting services to the executive leadership team at Hawk Portable Buildings from March to May 2012. In the early stages of their career, Jason worked as a Counselor at Children's Home + Aid Society of Illinois from October 2006 to December 2008, where they provided crisis intervention and family counseling. Throughout their career, Jason has shown a dedication to education, counseling, coaching, and management consulting, while also highlighting notable achievements such as increasing AP scores and winning district and area championships in track & field.

Jason Nadaskay, MMFT, aPHR, holds a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling from Abilene Christian University, which they obtained between 2004 and 2006. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Christian Ministry at the same institution from 2000 to 2004. In addition to their educational qualifications, Jason also obtained a Teaching Certificate from the Texas Education Agency in August 2013. Jason recently obtained an Associate Professional in Human Resources® (aPHR) certification from the HRCI in June 2023.
