Cara Ellis

Cara Ellis has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Cara is currently working at OneView Commerce as a Senior Director, leading the People & Culture department. Prior to this, they held the position of Director and Manager in the People Success department at the same company.

Before joining OneView Commerce, Cara worked at Bridge Connector as a Sales Enablement Manager and a Talent Management Business Partner. In these roles, they focused on enhancing sales productivity and managing talent development programs.

Cara also has experience in the beauty industry, where they served as an Executive Director at Beautycounter. Cara'sresponsibilities included mentoring and managing a team of consultants, as well as educating and guiding clients in product selection.
