Trent Hailes

Trent Hailes has an extensive work experience spanning over several industries. Trent started their career as an IT Consultant at HP in 1999 and then moved on to work as an Application Automation and Orchestration specialist at ANZ from 2000 to 2004. In 2004, they joined Loggia Corp Pty Ltd as the Managing Director, where they developed and managed a comprehensive Product Life Management solution for fashion wholesalers and retailers. Trent stayed with Loggia Corp for an undisclosed period. From 2004 to 2010, they also worked as an Application Specialist at the Department of Justice and as a Client Systems Design specialist at Coles. In 2010, they joined Australia Post, initially as an Orchestration & Automation Manager, where they managed a skilled team and delivered efficient technology solutions. Later on, they took on the role of Mobilization and Minor Works Manager, where they worked closely with business stakeholders and technology heads to create and execute plans for various initiatives. Trent left Australia Post in 2017. In 2018, they worked as the Head of Technology and Plant Engineering at Giesecke+Devrient Mobile Security, and then moved on to Bupa in 2019 as a Technology Solution Specialist. Trent joined OneView Commerce in 2019 as a Client Lead, and it's unclear when their tenure ended. Trent Hailes has a diverse range of experience in technology and management roles, showcasing their ability to lead teams and deliver efficient solutions.

Trent Hailes attended Box Hill Institute from 1996 to 1997, where they studied Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Trent did not obtain a degree during this time. In addition to their education, Trent also obtained certifications in Advanced Repackaging from Wise Solutions in April 2003 and became a Microsoft Certified Professional in May 2001 from Microsoft.
