Shahnaz Benner is currently an APRN Fellow through UNMC at OneWorld Community Health Centers, with involvement in the NP Fellowship at UNMC CON since October 2025. Prior experience includes serving as a Clinical Program Coordinator and Registered Nurse in Emergency/Trauma Services at Nebraska Medicine from January 2010 to October 2025, as well as a Registered Nurse in Emergency Services at Nebraska Orthopaedic Hospital from October 2012 to January 2021. Shahnaz Benner's educational background includes a Master's degree in Family Practice Nursing from the University of Nebraska Medical Center (May 2025), a Bachelor's degree in Nursing Science (2015), an Associate of Science in Registered Nursing from Florida State College at Jacksonville (2008), and an Associate of Arts in Pre-Nursing Studies from the same institution (2006).
