Magdalena K. started their work experience in 2003 as a trainee attorney-at-law at Kancelaria Radcy Prawnego Beata Domino. Magdalena then became an attorney-at-law at the same company in 2006. In 2006, they also joined Okręgowa Izba Radców Prawnych w Warszawie (OIRP) where they worked as an attorney-at-law. In 2011, Magdalena joined Oney Polska S.A., Oney Bank Group as an attorney-at-law and later became the Head of Legal.
