Melissa Greenberg is a Senior Associate at Helbraun Levey, specializing in employment practices and litigation since August 2023. With a diverse legal background, Melissa's experience includes roles as Of Counsel at Ropers Majeski PC, focusing on corporate law and litigation in the cannabis and wellness industries, and as a Regulatory Advisor at Skip Intro Advisors, LLC, providing strategic expertise in legal and regulatory matters. Previously, as an Associate Attorney at Feldman Legal Advisors and Wilson Elser, Melissa gained extensive skills in corporate M&A, business formation, and litigation.
