Janhavi Vartak Raut

Janhavi Vartak Raut is an experienced human resources professional with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving at Onference CME network since October 2021, Janhavi focuses on all aspects related to people management. Previously, Janhavi held the role of Assistant Manager Human Resources at R K SWAMY BBDO from November 2015 to October 2021, specializing in recruitment and employee engagement. Early career experiences include serving as an HR Executive at Ascenders, where responsibilities involved networking and candidate sourcing, and as a Project Trainee at Ranbaxy, managing exit processes and full and final settlements. Janhavi holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the Mumbai Institute of Management and Research and a Bachelor’s degree in the same field from D. G. Ruparel College.
