Jean Christophe Cazes

Jean Christophe Cazes has gained extensive work experience in the field of data science. Jean Christophe began their career in 2011 as an Auxiliary Summer at Amundi and continued in similar roles there in 2012 and 2013. Jean Christophe then worked as an Auxiliary Summer at CACEIS in 2015.

Jean Christophe'scareer in data science started in 2016 when they worked as a Scientific Animator at the Mairie de Gennevilliers. Jean Christophe further developed their skills in this field by working as a Scientific Animator at Magic Makers in 2018. In 2019, they completed a Machine Learning internship at Nexeo Groupe.

From December 2019 to September 2022, Jean Christophe worked as a Data Scientist at Groupe SeLoger. During this time, they were involved in various projects, including the development of machine learning models for graph analysis, text representation, and image similarity. Jean Christophe also handled large-scale data processing tasks on AWS using Spark and implemented models into production. Additionally, they conducted business analysis on fraud detection and worked on modeling advertisement performance and market segmentation.

Currently, since September 2022, they are working as a Data Scientist at Onfido.

From 2009 to 2015, they studied at Pierre and Marie Curie University and earned a Licence degree in Mathematics. Following this, they pursued a Master 1 degree in Mathematics and Applications at the same university from 2016 to 2018. Finally, from 2018 to 2019, they completed a Master 2 (M2) degree in Mathematics, Statistics, and Machine Learning at Pierre and Marie Curie University.
