Juan Restrepo

Juan Restrepo has extensive work experience in various roles, primarily focused on customer success and renewals. Their most recent position is as Manager, AMER Renewals at Onfido, where they lead AMER renewals and global renewal operations, ensuring customers' success in the digital world. Juan was also a co-founder and General Manager at twin cherry coffee, where they connected small coffee farms in Colombia with global coffee lovers.

Prior to Onfido and twin cherry coffee, Juan worked at Anaplan as a Customer Success - Renewal Manager, where they were responsible for the vision, strategy, and recruitment of the renewals team. Juan Restrepo's education history is as follows. Prior to that, they studied English as a second language at the University of Minnesota from 2000 to 2001.
