Dhruv Bhoot

Dhruv Bhoot is a software engineer who currently works for Onfleet. Dhruv has previously worked for Workr and Epic. Dhruv has been in the software development industry for over ten years.

Dhruv started their career at Epic in August 2005 as a software developer. Dhruv quickly rose through the ranks and became the lead software engineer. Dhruv was responsible for envisioning, designing, and leading software development projects spanning search/reporting, revenue cycle, 3rd party integration, and analytics. Dhruv also designed and created Epic's web services framework.

In addition to their primary responsibilities, Dhruv was also a member of the ANSI X12 standards body, a public speaker, and a teacher who taught technical courses at Epic. Dhruv mentored new hires and interns, and was also responsible for technical operations, HR recruiting, and performance and scalability testing.

Dhruv left Epic in August 2014 to join Workr, where they worked on similar projects. Dhruv joined Onfleet in 2020.

Dhruv Bhoot's educational career includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and StartX from Stanford University.

Their manager is David Vetrano, Co-Founder + CTO. They are on a team with Mikel Cármenes Cavia - Co-Founder + VP of Engineering, Ivan Tolmachev - Product Design, and Mateus Gondim - Backend Engineer.
