Monica McCleary

Monica McCleary is currently the Operations Manager at Onfleet. Prior to this, they were the Head of Operations at YoGov from October 2018 to January 2019. Monica has also held the position of Customer Support Manager at TaskRabbit from January 2014 to October 2016, and Account and Marketing Specialist at ooShirts from February 2013 to January 2014.

Monica has been in management for over 6 years and has experience in high level management for customer service teams, booking teams, and fulfillment/community teams across 4 time zones. Monica is also experienced in developing team metrics, content creation, working with external counsel, scoping/managing payments migration, managing insurance policies, building out internal knowledge bases, and building out external support centers. In addition, Monica developed "Community Guidelines" and Trust & Safety procedures to manage poor concierge behavior.

Monica McCleary reports to Khaled Naim, Co-Founder + CEO. Monica McCleary works with Tanya Tsikanovsky - Partnerships Specialist, Georgia O'Keeffe - Partnerships Specialist, and Michelle Thompson - Director of People Operations.
