David Mashazhu

David Mashazhu has been working in the Human Resources field since 2010. In that time, they have held a variety of roles with several different companies. From 2010 to 2013, they worked for World Vision as an HR/OD Director, where they were responsible for HR Strategic Leadership, Developing & Designing Key policies, Organizational Development, Organizational Effectiveness, Performance Management, Resourcing, Training, Talent Management, Staff Development, Staff Welfare, Duty of Care, Critical Incident Stress Management, Succession Planning, Compensation, and Industrial Relations. From 2013 to 2016, they worked as the Head of Human Resources & Organizational Development for Oxfam GB, where they were responsible for the same duties as their previous role. In 2016, they began working as an Independent Consultant, providing HR Consultancy services. From 2015 to 2018, they worked for IRC as a Senior HR Coordinator, and from 2018 to 2019, they worked for Plan International as a Global Learning & Development Technical Advisor. Since 2019, they have been working for World Vision as a People & Culture, Administration and Security Director, and in 2020, they began working for OnFrontiers as a Human Resources International Expert.

David Mashazhu attended York St. John University from 2014 to 2016 and obtained a Master of Arts in Business Administration and Management, General.
