Jose L. R. Filho has worked in three different roles since 2019. Jose L. R. began their career as a Logistics and Administrative Assistant at ADRA International in 2019. In 2020, they moved to W1 Consultoria Financeira as a Financial Trainee. Most recently, they joined OnFrontiers as a Research Team Recruiter in 2021.

Jose L. R. Filho has completed a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from FATEC, an Executive MBA in Organizational Leadership from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from UNASP.
