Johanna Sugden

Johanna Sugden has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Johanna started their career as a Principal HR Officer at North Lincolnshire Council in 2004 and held this position until 2007. Following this, they worked as an HR Manager at North Lincolnshire Homes from February 2007 to May 2009. Johanna then advanced to the role of Head of Human Resources & Organisational Development at the same company and held this position until November 2016. Johanna then joined Ongo in November 2016 as the Head of Governance, Legal & Human Resources. After that, they served as the Interim Director of Corporate & Compliance Services from April 2018 to October 2018 before assuming the role of Director of Corporate & Compliance Services in October 2018.
