Lisa Dunderdale has extensive experience in customer engagement and recruitment, currently serving as a Customer Engagement Assistant at Ongo since January 2014. In this role, Lisa has contributed to internal and external recruitment initiatives, specializing in technical recruitment and workforce planning to support approximately 400 staff and assist external businesses in hiring technical talent nationwide. Lisa has previously held the position of Recruitment Administrator and worked as a Volunteer Coordinator at Crosby Employment, which is part of Ongo. Lisa holds NVQ Level 2 and 3 qualifications in Beauty Therapy from North Lindsey College. Notably, Ongo was recognized as a Top 100 Sunday Times employer in 2015 during Lisa's tenure.
