Manav Jain is an experienced leader in human resources and business operations, currently serving as Chief Business Officer at OnGrid since April 2025. Previously, Manav held the position of CHRO & Global Head of Operations at LocoNav from July 2022 to March 2025, overseeing global HR and operations across over 30 countries. As a co-founder of HYRR, a short video-based hiring platform, and UniHyr, a SaaS-enabled hiring marketplace, Manav has consistently focused on innovative recruitment solutions. Earlier roles include Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at Paytm and Program Manager for Performance & Talent at Microsoft, along with various HR leadership positions at Coromandel International Limited.
