Jill McCreary

Jill McCreary has extensive experience in healthcare and administrative roles, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer for the Kingston Academic Emergency Medicine Association and a volunteer Board Member at Ongwanada since June 2023. In a long-term position at Queen's University since May 2011, Jill holds the title of Manager of Administration, Initiatives and Operations for the Department of Emergency Medicine, overseeing a diverse range of responsibilities including research, education, and clinical operations. Prior roles include Special Project Coordinator and Communications Coordinator at the Department of Medicine, as well as Revenue and Compensation Administrator, where Jill was instrumental in managing physician compensation and optimizing OHIP revenue. Earlier experience includes working as a Crisis Line Worker at the Sexual Assault Centre Kingston and serving as Office Manager for the Kingston Family Health Team. Jill is currently pursuing an MBA in Human Resources Management from the Australian Institute of Business.
