Bill Ruth

Bill Ruth has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Bill began their career in 1997 at Tompkins Trust Company as a Commercial Lender/Equipment Leasing Specialist, where they worked until 2005. Following that, they worked as an AVP, Commercial Lender at First Niagara Bank for a year.

In 2007, Bill joined RP Solutions as a National Accounts Manager and stayed until 2010. Bill then moved on to Elite Archery, where they served as Vice President of Sales from 2010 to 2013. During their tenure, Bill successfully generated record sales through various channels.

From 2013 to 2014, Bill held the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Winchester Archery, where they were responsible for creating and implementing the sales and marketing strategy for the company.

In 2015, Bill became the General Manager at Ramcat Broadheads, working closely with the ownership to develop budgets, marketing, and operational plans. Bill also oversaw product forecasting and demand planning while aligning sales and advertising strategies.

Currently, Bill is employed at Ongweoweh Corp, where they first served as an Executive Account Manager from 2016 to 2018. Bill was promoted to Director of Account Management, and as of March 2021, they are the Executive Director of Operations.

Bill Ruth completed their education from 1985 to 1990 at Nazareth University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. In 2004, they also obtained a certification in PSIA Level III from the PSIA - AASI Professional Ski Instructors of America - American Association of Snowboard Instructors.
