Kate Sherron

Kate Sherron is a professional artist, writer, and designer with extensive experience in sequential art. Since September 2019, Kate has served as a Professor of Sequential Art at the Savannah College of Art and Design. Additionally, Kate has worked as a freelance artist and writer for various clients since January 2006, including ongoing engagements with BOOM! Studios, Oni Press, IDW Publishing, and Comicker Digital. Notable works include contributions to the "My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic" series and "Invader ZIM," as well as various projects under the "The Amazing World of Gumball" brand. Kate holds an MFA in Illustration from the Savannah College of Art and Design and a BFA in Fine Art with an emphasis in Painting from Truman State University.
