Daria Matsevasian

Daria Matsevasian has been working in the Human Resources field since 2013. Daria began their career as a Freelance Recruiter for Freelancer.com, where they partnered closely with recruiting teams to identify, interview, and reveal potential hiring opportunities among candidates with a strong technical background. Daria also took part in the evaluation process, giving feedback on applicants through a comprehensive metrics system. In 2016, they became the Human Resources Manager for Stroytex. In 2018, they took on the role of General Manager Human Resources for ARIOL and Recruitment Specialist for Shapers. Daria also worked as a Head of Talent Acquisition and Talent Acquisition Partner & Retention Manager for Onilab LLC., where they supervised a team of recruiters specializing in IT talent acquisition, introduced new programs and protocols based on HR best practices, and aligned HR department activities with the main business goals of the company. Daria also created a global HR Plan aligned with company business goals in team growth and managed a team of HR specialists and coordinated their efforts.

Daria Matsevasian completed their Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management at Antwerp Management School in 2013. Daria has also obtained a Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
