Francisco García Encinas

Francisco García Encinas has a diverse work experience. Francisco is currently employed as a Full Stack JavaScript Engineer at Onirix, starting in August 2022. Prior to this, from October 2019 to July 2022, they worked as a Postgraduate Researcher at the Universidad de Salamanca, where they specialized in machine learning and lectured a programming course to Math students. Before that, from October 2019 to October 2020, they worked as a Graduate Researcher at the same institution, focusing on computer vision and human pose estimation using Python and TensorFlow. In November 2018, Francisco worked as a Scientific Programmer for the ALF-USAL research group, developing high-performance laser simulation software using C++, CUDA, and OpenMP. Finally, in the summer of 2018, they gained experience as a Summer Intern at Global Exchange Group, where they worked on full-stack web development projects using C#, ASP.NET MVC, MS SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AngularJS.

Francisco García Encinas holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the Universidad de Salamanca, which they earned from 2015 to 2019. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence at the same institution from 2019 to 2020. Furthering their studies, Francisco then enrolled in a Master of Science (MS) program in Computer Engineering from 2021 to 2023 at the Universidad de Salamanca. Currently, they are pursuing a PhD in Artificial Intelligence at the Universidad de Salamanca, a program that commenced in 2020 and is expected to be completed in 2026.
