Eric M. Elfman

Eric Elfman is the Co-Founder and CEO of Onit, a company that provides enterprise software solutions. Eric has over 25 years of experience in the legal technology industry.

Elfman founded DataCert, Inc. in 1998 and served as its CEO until 2008. DataCert was the industry leader in corporate legal and IP spend and matter management solutions. The company secured clients such as AT&T, GE, Honeywell, Hewlett-Packard, Merck, Microsoft, The Home Depot and UPS.

From 1995 to 1998, Elfman was the VP of Operations at PeerPoint Technologies.

From 2009 to 2010, Elfman was an Entrepreneur in Residence at Houston Technology Center where they helped client companies with their business problems.

Eric M. Elfman has an MBA from Rice University and a BA in Liberal Arts from the University of the State of New York.
