Melanie Shafer

Melanie Shafer serves as the Chief Customer Officer at Onit since April 2023, following a role as Senior Vice President of Customer Experience for the Commercial Business Unit. Prior to joining Onit, Melanie held the position of Vice President of Customer Success and Professional Services at SimpleLegal, an Onit company, from August 2021 to April 2023. Melanie's extensive experience at Zywave from July 2009 to August 2021 included various leadership roles such as Vice President of Professional Services & Support and Senior Director of Professional Services. Melanie holds an Honors Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Entrepreneurship from Marquette University and has also pursued education at the University of Galway.
