Onitio is a recently established IT group, which is the result of a merger between the InfoCare Group and the former Visma companies; Exso AS, Value Retail Consulting AS and EssCom AB. Onitio Group is owned by the Norwegian investment company, Aars.

Onitio is now a leader in the Nordics within the company's various business areas which aims to continue growing together with its partners and customers. As of August 2023, the company has more than 1,500 employees with an expected turnover of close to NOK 2 billion in 2023.
