David Heikkinen has extensive work experience in various managerial roles. David began their career at JPMorgan Chase in 1999, where they served as an Operations Manager overseeing credit and debit card production. David managed a team of 38 staff members and ensured the timely production and shipment of approximately 140,000 cards. Additionally, they directed a multi-site operation for default financial reconciliation, managing staff from 150 to 390 individuals across different locations.

In 2013, Heikkinen joined Iron Mountain as an Operations Manager, responsible for managing records and information for BNSF at their corporate campus. David led a team of 44 staff members, overseeing records storage, imaging, retrieval, and destruction processes. David regularly evaluated business procedures and implemented improvements to enhance efficiency.

Heikkinen then moved on to Ocwen Financial Corporation in 2015, initially joining as Director of Servicing Compliance. In this role, they provided leadership in ensuring regulatory compliance and managing a team of compliance officers. David later advanced to the position of Vice President, overseeing the operations of a team of 28 enterprise and servicing compliance officers. David directed various enterprise compliance areas, including fair lending, third-party risk management, fraud, and privacy functions.

David Heikkinen earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance, General from The University of Texas at Austin, which they completed between 1984 and 1989. David later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Operations Management and Supervision at The University of Texas at Arlington from 1993 to 1995.
