Filippo Marcolini began their work experience in 2006 as an Istruttore di windsurf at Nany aqua center, where they stayed until October 2013. Then, from March 2012 to February 2014, they worked as a Designer at Sirv bagno elitè. Since April 2014, Marcolini has been employed at Calzedonia Group, initially as a Project designer and later progressing to the role of Project Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Head Architect of the technical department at Calzedonia Group.
Filippo Marcolini completed their education in the field of architecture. From 2009 to 2012, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Architectural and Building Engineering, known as "Laurea triennale in Scienze dell'Architettura e dell'Ingegneria edile", at Politecnico di Milano. Filippo then continued their studies at the same institution and obtained a Master's degree in Architecture and Building Engineering, known as "Laurea Specialistica in Architettura e dell'Ingegneria edile", from 2012 to 2014.
