Oleksii Sheremet

Oleksii Sheremet is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the fields of machine learning and engineering education. Currently serving as the ML Tech Lead at Onix-Systems since February 2021, Oleksii also holds the position of Head of Department and Professor at Donbas State Engineering Academy since February 2019. Previous roles include Data Scientist at AI Labs from September 2015 to October 2020, and Associate Professor at Donbas State Engineering Academy from September 2008 to November 2015. Oleksii has also worked as a consulting and software engineering professional from January 2007 to November 2015. Academically, Oleksii holds a Doctor of Technical Science degree from National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute" and a Candidate of Engineering Sciences degree from Donetsk National Technical University, along with a Master of Engineering from Donbas State Engineering Academy.
