Pooja “Ja” A.

Pooja “Ja” A. currently serves as the Director of Cloud & AI Program Operations at Onix, focusing on enhancing customer experiences and improving operational clarity in Cloud & AI projects. Previously, Pooja held multiple roles at Google, including Customer Insights Manager and Technical Account Manager, where insights and customer success were prioritized. As the Global Head of Program Strategy at Onix, leadership in program governance for Cloud & AI migrations was established. Pooja is also the founder of The Consulting Joint, specializing in data and strategy consulting for emerging markets. Other roles include Program Manager at Walmart eCommerce, and Senior Technology Consultant at Deloitte, with a strong foundation in analytics and strategy across various industries and projects. Pooja holds an MS in Analytics from the Institute for Advanced Analytics and a BS in Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
