John Mauerman

John Mauerman has over 20 years of experience in the medical device industry. John began their career in 1996 as a Sales Representative for Synthes USA, where they managed hospital and physician relationships across a 6-county Florida territory and drove sales of trauma devices/products. In 2000, they were recruited to DePuy/Johnson & Johnson as a Territory Manager, where they grew sales of joint reconstruction, trauma, and orthobiologics products across a 4-county Florida territory. In 2009, they joined Stryker Orthopaedics as a Resident Education Specialist, Territory Sales Representative, and Sales Trainer. While there, they were promoted to generate new device sales within the Florida market and protect relationships with renowned orthopaedic surgeons. John took over a surgeon's knee replacement account and co-developed effective marketing strategies, growing the surgeon's practice from 750 to 970 surgeries annually. In 2017, they became the Ankle Business Leader for Integra LifeSciences. Since 2018, they have been the Director Clinical Support - East and Regional Sales Manager - Oncology Southeast Region at Onkos Surgical.

John Mauerman attended the University of South Florida from 1990 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business.
