Regen Hill

Regen Hill possesses extensive experience in security management and public safety roles, currently pursuing studies in COMP-TIA A+ at ONLC Training Centers since October 2020. Previous positions include Asset Protection Manager at Walmart, where accident costs were reduced to 25% of prior year’s expenses and electronics losses decreased by 57%. As Security Manager at Tiffany & Co., Regen Hill oversaw hiring, training, and physical security measures for high-value assets. Reinforcing public safety as a Bike Patrol Officer at Barnes-Jewish Hospital, Regen Hill also served as an instructor, delivering training on conflict resolution and crisis intervention. Earlier career experience as a Police Officer included field training and law enforcement responsibilities. Regen Hill holds an Associate of Science degree in Administration of Justice from Southwestern Illinois College.
