Matt Pacyga

Matt Pacyga is a Principal Consultant and Senior UX Architect at Online Business Systems since May 2023, and a Co-Founder of Innovate MN, a think tank that promotes community-driven innovation, launched in June 2023. In addition, Matt has been a mentor for the 'Farm to Fork' program at Techstars since January 2018, focusing on startups within the digital food ecosystem. Previous roles include Director of Product Strategy at Plein Air Agency and Director of Product Management and Group Product Manager at Bottle Rocket. Matt has also served as Director Digital Product Lead at Focus Brands LLC, and held key positions at Dairy Queen, Optum, and Best Buy, including Director of Digital Technologies and UX Architect. Matt holds an MBA in Change Management from Hamline University and a B.A. in Studio Art from the University of Northwestern – St. Paul.
