Christie Sutherland

Christie Sutherland is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in student support and operations management. Currently serving as Manager - Student Support at Online Education Services (OES) since August 2020, Christie leads multiple teams to enhance the student experience from enrolment to graduation while achieving key performance indicators. Previously, Christie held roles such as Team Leader and Student Advisor at OES, and Operations Supervisor at G Adventures, where effective management of customer service and team development was pivotal. Additional experience includes positions at Arts Centre Melbourne, Urban Adventures, and Topdeck Travel, where skills in coordination, training, and stakeholder engagement were honed. Christie holds a Master of International Sustainable Tourism Management from Monash University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and International Development from the University of Melbourne.
