Barbara Szabo has extensive experience in a diverse range of roles. Their recent work includes managing client partnerships at Entromy and operating as an analyst for payroll and HR functions at RiseIT Solutions. Barbara has also worked as a customer success manager and engineer at Online Rewards, where they oversaw digital reward and incentive platforms. Prior to this, they spent nearly two decades working for Dallas College in various roles, including project manager, office manager, and access control system manager. Barbara has also worked as an adjunct professor and realtor. Early in their career, Barbara was a labor relations and payroll system manager for TAKISZ. Barbara has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Communication from Jones International University and a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University. Barbara has also been certified as a Microsoft Innovative Educator.
