Customer Success Engineer Team Lead at Online Rewards

Heather Collins has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Heather began their career in 2006 at an Indigenous craft gallery, where they worked in sales for seven years. In 2013, they transitioned to Online Rewards, where they started as an Account Manager and later became an Account Executive. In 2021, Heather joined WorkProud as a Customer Success Engineer/Team Lead. Heather then returned to Online Rewards as a Customer Success Engineer Team Lead. Throughout their career, Heather has showcased strong customer service and leadership skills.

Heather Collins completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History at the University of Cincinnati. Heather attended the university from 1992 to 1997. Additionally, they obtained the certifications of Agile Requirements Foundations and Business Analysis Foundations from LinkedIn in August 2021 and May 2021, respectively.
