Firkhansya Zuhaira

Firkhansya Zuhaira is a small business owner at Labeau Shop since December 2019, responsible for uploading products, setting prices, implementing digital marketing strategies, managing the buying and selling of skin care products, ensuring customer satisfaction, and overseeing inventory and import activities from South Korea. Prior to this role, Firkhansya worked in administration at Storedelune from March 2016 to March 2023, where responsibilities included handling customer responses and complaints, assisting customers with online purchases, managing Shopee accounts, preparing and packaging orders, and conducting daily delivery recaps. Firkhansya holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Universitas Islam Indonesia, earned between September 2017 and July 2021.
