Tom Flynn has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies. Tom began their career in 1988 at Abbott Diagnostics, where they held various roles including Diagnostic Systems Specialist, Major Account Executive, and Point of Care Product Specialist. In these positions, they sold a range of laboratory systems and blood analyzers to hospitals and healthcare facilities. Tom achieved several notable accomplishments during their tenure at Abbott, including multiple 100% Club wins and being recognized as a President's Club winner.
In 2004, they joined CCS Medical as the Regional Sales Manager for the Diabetes Division, where they managed a team of sales representatives in multiple states. Their leadership skills and sales initiatives contributed to the region's success in achieving high sales performance and surpassing quotas. Tom's achievements also include launching a successful sales initiative with Medtronic/MiniMed, resulting in a significant increase in insulin pump sales.
From 2008 to 2009, Tom served as the National Sales Director for the Sanvita Medical Products Division at CCS Medical. In this role, they directed a nationwide sales force and was responsible for developing sales strategies, budgets, and compensation plans. Tom also implemented various sales training programs and incentive programs.
Tom then joined Nova Biomedical in 2009 as the National Sales Director, where they effectively managed the sales team and contributed to the company's success in selling biomedical products.
In 2014, Tom joined Exact Sciences as the Area Sales Manager, and later became the Regional Business Director for the Southeast US. Tom led a sales team and played a crucial role in promoting the company's molecular screening technology for early cancer detection. Tom's contributions to Exact Sciences include achieving significant sales growth and expanding the company's market presence.
Most recently, Tom has been working as a Part-Time Instructor/Presenter at Online Trading Academy since 2018.
Tom Flynn attended St. Louis University High School from 1976 to 1980. After completing their high school education, they went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing Management at Southeast Missouri State University from 1980 to 1984.
