Emmanuel Capitaine

Emmanuel CAPITAINE serves as the Director of Infrastructure & Security at OnLogic since October 2017, where leadership in cybersecurity governance is based on frameworks such as NIST, ISO, and OWASP, alongside ensuring compliance with various regulations including GDPR and HIPAA. Prior experience includes a role as Lead Architect - Network Security at GE Healthcare, focusing on risk assessments and secure medical device integrations, and Senior IT Service Manager at Orange Business Services, overseeing compliance with the Patriot Act. Emmanuel also held positions as a Network and Systems Engineer at Orange, responsible for regulatory compliance and risk mitigation, and as a Project Manager Intern at Accenture, managing standardization and optimization processes. Emmanuel holds a Master of Science in IT, Network and Telecommunications from ESAIP and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Université catholique de l'Ouest.
