Lauren Lavallee

Lauren Lavallee has a diverse work experience spanning from 2005 to the present. Lauren started their career at Champlain Dental Laboratories as a Dental Technician, where they worked full-time while earning their Bachelor's degree. In 2013, they joined Logic Supply as a Technical Recruiter, where they played a key role in supporting the growth of the company by implementing innovative talent acquisition and development programs. In 2017, Lauren founded Executive Recruitment Solutions, LLC, a recruitment service specializing in niche, hard-to-fill roles for growing organizations. Here, they partnered with clients to identify high-quality passive talent that aligned with their unique culture. Since 2018, Lauren has been with OnLogic, initially serving as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter and currently holding the position of Director of the North Carolina Office. In this role, they have been instrumental in developing and implementing creative sourcing strategies to successfully hire talent and meet the evolving business needs of the company.

Lauren Lavallee holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Champlain College, which they obtained from 2012 to 2015. Prior to earning their MBA, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Marketing Management from Champlain College, from 2009 to 2011. In addition, they obtained the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in January 2016.
