Ruslan Dubas has a range of work experience in various roles and industries.

In 2014, they worked as a Commercial Real Estate Agent at Grimaldi Commercial Realty Corp. for a few months.

In 2015, they transitioned to Suncoast Credit Union, where they served as a Bankruptcy Litigation Assistant for two years. Ruslan communicated effectively with team members and clients and contributed to the resolution of complex bankruptcy cases through analytical thinking.

From 2017 to 2021, they worked at Sarasota County Property Appraiser. Initially, they were a Residential Field Technician, and later they became a Commercial Field Technician. In these roles, they leveraged their skills in SQL to extract, analyze, and interpret property data. Ruslan ensured data accuracy and consistency through data management and integration techniques. Ruslan also streamlined data flow through ETL processes.

Since 2022, they have been working at OnMed as a SQL Database Administrator/Junior Developer. Here, they focus on PostgreSQL and SQL Server management, specializing in performance optimization, data warehousing, backup, recovery, and security. Ruslan is proficient in T-SQL and PL/pgSQL scripting and utilizes Agile methodologies for application development and streamlining ETL processes. Ruslan also has expertise in relational database design using normalization, indexing, partitioning, and query optimization for high-performance, scalable solutions.

Ruslan Dubas completed their education history with a Bachelor's degree in International/Global Studies from the University of South Florida in 2011. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities from Hillsborough Community College in 2009. Currently, Ruslan is pursuing a Master's degree in Business Analytics and Information Systems from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business, scheduled to graduate in 2023.
